Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via inbound channels.
Analyze and troubleshoot customer inquiries regarding administrative technical and billing topics.
Guide customers smoothly through product features subscription updates and system changes.
Identify natural sales opportunities during conversations to maximize customer satisfaction and drive revenue.
Log interactions accurately in internal systems and escalate complex cases to specialized departments when necessary.
Requirements
Language: High proficiency in German (spoken read and written) with strong communication skills.
Flexibility: Ready to work rotating shifts between 09:00 and 22:00 Monday to Sunday (flexible 8-hour 6-hour or 4-hour options).
Mindset: A combination of a customer-first attitude and a drive for consultative sales.
Location: Willing to work on-site in Sofia for the first 4 months with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule (2 days remote per week) based on performance KPIs.
Legality: Must possess valid EU documentation or working rights to legally relocate to and work in Bulgaria immediately.
