No billing experience No problem. If you speak German at C1 level and enjoy helping customers full paid training is provided.

• Answer customer questions about invoices payments and billing statements in German by phone email and chat
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies refunds and payment issues
• Update customer accounts accurately in internal billing systems
• Explain charges tariffs and payment options clearly and professionally
• Escalate complex cases to the right team and follow up until theyre resolved
• Meet quality and service-level targets in a supportive team environment

• German at C1 level or higher (native or near-native)
• English at B2 level or higher (working language)
• Experience in customer service a call center billing or back office is a plus but not required
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems
• Strong communication skills patience and attention to detail
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and work on-site
• EU citizenship or the right to work in the EU adjust if visa sponsorship is offered
