• Location: Fully Remote (Must be currently living in Bulgaria)
• Start Date: September 1st
• Base Salary: 1942.92 gross/month performance bonuses up to 200%
• Schedule: Monday Friday 10:00 19:00

What Youll Do

• Conduct outbound sales targeting German-speaking SME clients.
• Upsell high-impact payment and FinTech solutions.
• Work with an existing client database (no cold sourcing required).
• Manage your pipeline efficiently using CRM tools to consistently hit revenue targets.

What Were Looking For

• Languages: Native/fluent German strong English (C1).
• Experience: Proven track record in B2B outbound sales lead generation and pipeline management.
• Skills: Strong commercial acumen negotiation skills and CRM discipline.
• Location: Candidates must already reside in Bulgaria (No visa sponsorship or relocation support provided).
