What You Will Do
- Handle customer inquiries via inbound calls
- Assist customers with product billing and account-related questions
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex cases when required
- Update customer information accurately in internal systems
- Identify relevant service opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Deliver a high standard of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- German communication skills required (C1 level or above)
- Good English communication skills required (B2 level or above)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset with good interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a structured and target-driven environment
- Previous customer service or call center experience is an advantage but not mandatory
