German Customer Service Representative
Location: Sofia Bulgaria (Hybrid)

We are looking for a German & English Customer Service Representative to join an international team supporting logistics and delivery operations in Sofia Bulgaria. What You Will Do

• Provide customer support via phone email and chat.
• Assist customers with delivery updates shipment tracking order status and account-related inquiries.
• Resolve logistics and delivery-related issues efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when required.
• Ensure all customer interactions meet quality and service standards.

Requirements

• German proficiency (C1 or higher).
• English proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Previous customer service or logistics experience is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia Bulgaria.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with one week per month working from the office.
• Available to work rotational shifts Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 21:00.
