Job Summary
This role provides regional benefits support across EMEA while also leading Country Total Rewards programs in selected countries in Central and Eastern Europe such as Bulgaria and Romania. It supports the EMEA Benefits Lead in benefits governance and regional program delivery. The role partners closely with Global and Country Total Rewards HR other internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective benefits delivery aligned with regional and global Total Rewards strategy.
Responsibilities
REGIONAL BENEFITS RESPONSIBILITY
- Support the EMEA Benefits Lead in driving regional benefits governance strategy execution operating standards and cross-country benefits initiatives across the EMEA region.
- Coordinate regional benefits planning renewals benchmarking reporting vendor review compliance follow-up and issue resolution.
- Partner with Global and Country Total Rewards HR Finance Legal Compliance Procurement Payroll Labor Relations and external partners.
- Support the deployment of EMEA-wide benefits processes communications tools and governance practices.
COUNTRY TOTAL REWARDS RESPONSIBILITY
- Lead Country Total Rewards programs for selected countries within Central and Eastern Europe such as Bulgaria and Romania.
- Be responsible for country-level program delivery analysis communications vendor management and issue resolution as needed while ensuring alignment with regional and global Total Rewards strategy.
Education & Experience Recommended
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Finance Economics Law or a related field or equivalent practical experience. Advanced degree or specialized benefits education is preferred.
- 47 years of experience in EMEA employee benefits in a multinational or matrixed environment preferably in consulting or a Center of Expertise environment.
- Experience supporting regional benefits governance benefit plans renewals benchmarking vendor management compliance and program delivery.
- Experience using market data dashboards reports and claims information to develop insights and recommendations for leadership and country stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of local benefits tax payroll and compliance considerations across multiple EMEA countries preferably including Bulgaria Romania and other CEE countries.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of EMEA benefits practices legislative frameworks governance and employee benefit trends.
- Analytical skills including benchmarking claims review dashboards cost analysis and translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Project and stakeholder management consulting and influencing skills in a multinational matrixed environment.
- Proactive mindset with practical use of AI to improve analysis reporting communications and process efficiency.
