Job Overview
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Solutions Consultant to join a dynamic and international team in Sofia this role you will use your Dutch and English language skills to provide high-quality solutions and support to clients while working in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional support and tailored solutions to customers
- Communicate effectively in Dutch and English across different channels
- Identify customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams when necessary
Requirements
- Fluent or native-level Dutch (C1)
- Good command of English (B2)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
Job Details
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Schedule: Monday Friday
- Working Hours: 10:00 19:00
- Salary: 1740 gross/month
Relocation Package
- 1500 gross relocation bonus (paid in 2 installments)
- 21 days of company-provided accommodation upon arrival
