We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international customer service project in Sofia Bulgaria.
You will assist customers with product and service-related inquiries provide solutions and help ensure a positive customer experience.
Location: Sofia Bulgaria
Work Model: On-site
Schedule: Full-time MondaySunday within 09:0022:00
Languages: Dutch & English

Job Responsibilities

Requirements
- Fluent Dutch
- Fluent English
- Willing to work on-site in Sofia Bulgaria
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Previous customer support experience is a plus but not mandatory
