- Monthly Salary: 2000 Gross / Month
- Work Model: Hybrid (2 Days Home Office / 3 Days Office)

- Shift Schedule:
- Monday Friday: 10:00 22:00 (Flexible working hours)
- Saturday: 10:00 19:00
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to customers via phone email and live chat in Dutch and English.
- Diagnose customer needs address inquiries and provide effective technical or service-related solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs in the CRM platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer requests and improve service efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Languages: Minimum B2 level proficiency in Dutch and English (written & spoken).
- Working Hours: Availability to work flexible shifts within operating hours (MonFri: 10:0022:00; Sat: 10:0019:00).
- Skills: Excellent communication empathy detail orientation and computer literacy.
