Your Responsibilities:
- Moderation of Content & Advertisements: Review user-generated content and ads to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations. This may include sensitive content such as violence.
- Risk Identification & Escalation: Proactively identify potential risks within the digital content and escalate issues when necessary.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to address identified risks and improve the overall user experience.
- Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all moderation activities.
What Were Looking For:
- Language Skills: Fluent French (C1) and English (written and spoken).
- Attention to Detail: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
- Compliance & Risk Management Knowledge: A solid understanding of compliance principles and risk management practices.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers and relevant software tools.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Contract & Working Conditions:
- Contract Type: To be discussed during the hiring process.
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day 40 hours per week 5 days a week.
- Flexible schedule available exact hours will be determined upon contract finalization.
- Work Mode: Onsite in Sofia Bulgaria.
