Digital Trust and Safety Analyst Arabic & English

We are recruiting on behalf of a global digital solutions provider for a Digital Trust and Safety Analyst (Arabic & English Speakers) based in Sofia this hybrid position you will be responsible for reviewing online content and advertisements to ensure platform safety and compliance with community standards. Please note that this role involves moderating online content and ads which may occasionally include graphic or sensitive material (such as violence).

• Perform daily content review and moderation tasks for digital media posts and ads to maintain trust and safety standard operating procedures.
• Analyze and evaluate user-generated content and advertisement submissions in Arabic and English.
• Identify policy violations sensitive issues or inappropriate content according to guidelines.
• Maintain high accuracy and quality standards in decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

• Language Proficiency: Native or fluent command of both Arabic and English.
• Work Model: Hybrid model based in Sofia Bulgaria (requires working both remotely and on-site in Sofia).
• Schedule: Full-time availability for rotational shift schedules operating Monday through Sunday.
• Resilience: Emotional resilience and comfort with reviewing online content that may contain sensitive or violent images/videos.
