Customer Service Advisors

Customer Service Advisor role with a confidential international telecommunications company supporting German-speaking customers with technical and billing issues complaints and product enquiries via voice and email with sales and cross-sell opportunities. Model: Remote (side note: "we have a work from everywhere policy meaning that they can go home for some months and work from a different country and then they need to comeback sooner than 180 days.") Location: Varna Bulgaria Languages: German C1 English B1 Salary: 1280 gross/month performance bonus up to 10% of gross salary after 3 months based on KPI & sales bonus: No monthly limit average of 200/month Signing Bonus: 2000 gross (paid in 6 installments (300x5 500 first installment at end of training) Relocation: 260/month 3 months travel support Start: 14 September Operating Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-19:00 Training Period: 4 weeks training (remote) and 1 week nesting (office) - Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00 IMPORTANT: though the role is remote from anywhere in BG - they need to spend one week in Varna office. HC: 2 For training period: "We only provide the relocation package for candidates in Bulgaria in rare situations but we will provide transportation and accommodation for that week if necessary; candidates will receive more specific details during the training period."

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable handling technical and billing enquiries
• Willing to complete 4 weeks remote training 1 week office nesting

• Willing to support sales and cross-sell opportunities
• Able to work MondayFriday within 09:0019:00 rotational hours
