Were hiring a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a Multilingual Services team in Sofia Bulgaria.

Youll handle customer queries in a multilingual contact centre environment.

Work model: On-Site.

Compensation: 2045.17 gross.

Start date: 07/Sep/26.

Native German B2 English.

In this role youll answer customer questions by phone email and chat keep accurate records of each interaction and escalate more complex cases to the right team when needed.

Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in German and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
