Customer Advisor – Dutch Speaker

CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Dutch-speaking Customer Advisors for a hybrid role based in Sofia Bulgaria. Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions related to outstanding balances direct debits and account updates
• Support customers via calls and written communication ensuring clear and professional service
• Assist with direct debit setup and modifications ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain high standards in administrative tasks and data handling
• Deliver a positive customer experience while following internal processes and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Fluent Dutch (C1) with good English skills (B1)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with computer systems and internal tools
• Analytical mindset with good organizational skills
• Previous experience in customer support or administrative roles is an advantage
• Ability to work in a structured and process-driven environment
• Motivated to relocate and work in an international team
