CRM Executive (Fixed-term contract)

Playtech Managed Services is looking for a CRM Executive to join our growing CRM team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is eager to learn and contribute to the management of day-to-day CRM and promotional campaigns across various websites.

Your influential mission. You will...

• Create engaging promotional assets.
• Support the execution of day-to-day activities outlined in the CRM Plan.
• Contribute to the development of weekly and monthly CRM plans.
• Assist in planning analysing optimizing and maintaining CRM cycles.
• Develop campaign briefs and create content for onsite materials CRM communications and terms and conditions.
• Help manage player journeys bonus configurations and performance reviews within the back-office system.
• Analyse promotional performance and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
• Provide second-line support to the Customer Services Team and manage operational escalations.
• Collaborate with Operations and Promotions teams to ensure the smooth delivery of promotional communications.
• Support the Digital Marketing team in delivering product-focused marketing activities copywriting and ad hoc tasks that contribute to achieving financial KPIs.
