Your Role

• Assist players with any issues they report providing fast and effective solutions
• Ensure a player-first approach delivering the ultimate player experience
• Actively listen to player feedback and escalate insights to the relevant teams
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve support processes
• Contribute to creating a positive engaging environment for the gaming community

Your Profile

• Fluent French (C1) and good command of English
• Passion for gaming: you play and understand gaming communities player mindsets and culture
• Empathy and ability to view situations from a players perspective
• Knowledge of player support or customer service is an advantage
• Strong communication problem-solving and teamwork skills
• Motivation to help players and contribute to the success of the team
