About the Position
Join a team in Sofia as a Trust & Safety Specialist responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content in Arabic and English. The role focuses on maintaining a safe compliant and positive online environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with safety and platform guidelines.
- Moderate content in Arabic and English.
- Identify and handle potentially inappropriate harmful or non-compliant content.
- Help maintain a safe and compliant online environment.
- Apply established content moderation policies and procedures consistently.
Requirements
- Native-level or fluent proficiency in Arabic.
- Native-level or fluent proficiency in English.
- Eligibility to work in the EU.
- Willingness to work on-site in Sofia.
- Flexibility to work shifts between 07:00 and 22:00 Monday to Sunday.
Benefits / Additional Information
- 1300 gross monthly salary.
- 1500 gross welcome bonus paid in two installments.
- On-site training.
- Contract hours may be negotiable for candidates already based locally.
