AsSourceHub we are responsible for delivering Finance and Accounting Human Resources Information Technology Procurement and Supply Chain Legal and Compliance and general administrative services with efficiency and quality.

We are seeking a Telecom Operations Analyst to support carrier-related activities across pricing contract administration order management and service delivery functions. This role serves as a key point of coordination between suppliers partners and internal teams ensuring timely execution accurate documentation and an excellent customer experience

• Manage carrier pricing requests ensuring accurate submission and timely follow-up with suppliers;
• Support carrier contract creation maintenance and documentation processes;
• Process submit and track carrier service orders throughout the order lifecycle;
• Monitor service delivery and coordinate with suppliers to resolve delays or outstanding actions;
• Maintain accurate records and status updates within internal systems;
• Respond to partner inquiries related to pricing contracts orders and service delivery;
• Communicate updates and resolutions clearly with partners suppliers and internal stakeholders;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and SLA compliance;
• Escalate issues related to service delivery contracts compliance or supplier responsiveness when appropriate;
• Contribute to a high-quality partner experience through accuracy responsiveness and attention to detail.

• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience supporting operational processes customer service order management contract administration or vendor coordination activities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with telecommunications carriers or service providers.
• Knowledge of carrier services connectivity solutions networking or telecommunications products.
• Experience supporting internet voice WAN SD-WAN MPLS cloud connectivity or related telecom services.
• Familiarity with SLA management and operational performance metrics.
• Previous experience within the technology telecommunications managed services or distribution industries.
• Understanding of pricing contracting provisioning or implementation processes within telecom environments.
