Responsibilities and tasksAnalyze and solve post sale support cases that are presented through the incident ticket system complying with established SLAs. He/She will be the reference person between technical support between Buenos Aires and Brazil recurring support cases and derivatives from the regional to the lab the detection of new virus and blocked for the performance of trainings and of ESETs products technical content for partners and is performed through ticket system and through remote access or phone calls when -graduation degree in IT Information Safety System Analysis Data Processing Computer Sciences or correlate in technical support preferably (minimum 1 year)KnowledgeKnowledge on on networksOperational systems at station and server level (Windows mainly)Knowledge on knowledge on programming : Intermediate LevelSpanish:Intermediate LevelPersonal CharacteristicsCommunication (Impact)LowAdditional informationTraveling0 %Confidential InformationAverage
