What Youll Do
- Design build and enhance features that solve real customer problems across existing and new software products
- Collaborate within an agile (Scrum/Kanban) team focused on continuous improvement in planning estimation and delivery
- Deliver sprint commitments by proactively identifying risks removing blockers and partnering with stakeholders
- Develop highquality secure and performant software using modern tools and multiple technology stacks
- Contribute to the evolution of our development practices including CI/CD and DevOps
- Work closely with crossfunctional partners such as Product Management Architects and QA to deliver excellent user experiences
What You Bring MustHave Qualifications
- 3 years of professional experience building web applications (intermediate level)
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Handson experience with fullstack development including:
- Frontend frameworks such as React and TypeScript
- Backend technologies such as
- Cloud platforms (AWS or equivalent)
- Experience working with NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB)
- Strong understanding of objectoriented programming principles
- Solid knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals and how they impact user adoption
- Strong problemsolving debugging and analytical skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with a habit of documenting decisions and solutions
NicetoHave Qualifications
- Experience building or supporting largescale customerfacing web applications
- Exposure to DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines or infrastructureascode
- Experience with Microsoft technologies such as C# .NET Azure and SQL
- Bachelors degree college diploma or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field
- Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft certifications)
