Senior Test Engineer (Revenue & Financial Data Platform)

• Perform comprehensive manual testing of new features enhancements and bug fixes
• Validate revenue calculations financial formulas and data accuracy with high precision
• Investigate discrepancies in financial data and determine root causes
• Analyze application behavior database records and API responses
• Execute full regression testing for production releases
• Verify bug fixes and provide timely feedback to engineering teams
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers throughout the development lifecycle
• Create and maintain detailed test cases test scenarios and defect reports
• Work independently to drive quality throughout the sprint
• Identify potential risks and contribute to QA process improvements
• Support future test automation initiatives

Qualifications :

• 5 years of experience in Manual Quality Assurance
• Solid experience with SQL for database validation
• Experience testing REST APIs using Postman
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience validating complex business logic calculations or financial data
• Ability to investigate issues beyond standard test execution
• Understanding of expected versus incorrect system behavior
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to software quality
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience working in Agile Scrum teams
• Upper-Intermediate level of English

 WILL BE A PLUS

• Experience with test automation using Playwright
• Experience with TypeScript
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as PostHog Sentry and Datadog
• Experience working with financial or accounting systems
