As a Senior Reliability & Integrity Engineer you are going to be responsible for identifying leading and executing activities aimed at reducing the cost of failure caused by non-productive time performance KPIs repair costs and personnel and premature product/ services failures.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting customers in defining and implementing reliability improvement strategies to enhance asset performance reduce risk and optimize maintenance costs with consideration for mechanical integrity and RBI practices where applicable.

  • Leading the planning and execution of reliability engineering activities on projects including maintenance strategy development asset criticality analysis and reliability improvement initiatives.

  • Facilitating workshops and knowledge transfer sessions covering reliability engineering asset strategy management Risk-Based Inspection inspection planning and data management.

  • Supporting the development validation and implementation of reliability and integrity deliverables in line with agreed project requirements and acceptance criteria.

  • Collaborating with clients partners and internal teams to ensure high-quality deliverables practical implementation and end-user acceptance.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a degree in Mechanical Industrial Electrical Chemical Metallurgical Engineering or a related technical discipline.

  • Have significant experience in reliability engineering within asset-intensive industries such as oil & gas chemicals LNG petrochemicals or similar sectors.

  • Have hands-on experience in reliability engineering services including maintenance strategy development asset criticality analysis reliability improvement initiatives and asset performance optimization.

  • Have practical experience with reliability methodologies such as RCM FMEA/FMECA RCA LDA RBD RGA bad actor analysis life cycle cost analysis and risk-based decision-making.

  • Have working knowledge of mechanical integrity Risk-Based Inspection inspection planning corrosion mechanisms and integrity management practices.

  • Have familiarity with applicable codes standards and regulatory frameworks such as ISO 55000 API ASME ASTM NACE/AMPP and NR-13.

  • Have experience working with CMMS/EAM and asset performance management platforms to support reliability analysis maintenance optimization and data-driven decision-making.

  • Be able to communicate technical recommendations effectively with customers partners and cross-functional teams.

  • Professional certifications related to reliability asset management inspection or mechanical integrity will be considered a plus.

  • Advanced English and fluent Portuguese.

  • Speak Spanish on a professional level.
