Quality Supervisor

We are looking for a Quality Supervisor to lead quality activities within a manufacturing value stream ensuring compliance with customer requirements industry standards and internal quality systems while driving operational excellence and a zero-defect culture.

What Youll Do

• Lead product and process quality activities ensuring compliance with customer requirements quality standards and internal procedures.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing quality methodologies and data analysis to improve performance and prevent defects.

• Partner with Manufacturing Engineering Supply Chain Maintenance and Customer Quality teams to achieve SQDCM objectives and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
  
  What Were Looking For
  

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering with experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong knowledge of Automotive Core Tools including APQP PPAP FMEA SPC and MSA.

  • Experience in the automotive industry (Tier 1 preferred) and advanced English proficiency.
