Office Manager Latam

We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Coordinator to ensure the efficient operation of our LATAM office from São this role you will handle administrative and financial processes coordinate with internal teams and external vendors and manage on-site activities that contribute to a collaborative and productive work environment.
More specifically you will:
- Oversee administrative management including vendor registration compliance checks and client portal access.
- Support financial processes such as invoicing control payment follow-up and documentation for timely payments.
- Manage commercial support activities request proposals and maintain relationships with external suppliers.
- Organize internal events and corporate activities to strengthen employee engagement.
- Utilize AI-based tools to optimize operations and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Youll be part of our regional LATAM operations team collaborating closely with finance HR and global teams to deliver high-quality support and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Moreover you:
- Have experience in office administration finance coordination or similar operational roles.
- Possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail and compliance.
- Speak Portuguese Spanish and English fluently.
- Are comfortable with digital tools and willing to leverage AI solutions responsibly.
- Have a proactive approach with solid problem-solving and communication skills.
