Global Manager, Strategic Sourcing (Information Security)

As a Global Strategic Sourcing Manager - Information Security at Mars you will partner closely with the Commercial Director of Infrastructure & Information Security to drive development & implementation of sub-category buying strategies and co-pilot optimization of resources. Youll manage both regional and global initiatives by leveraging supplier relationships while also driving standardization and automation. Ownership of sub-category spend on a global basis will be key as will heavy x-functional collaboration and close partnership with key stakeholders.

What are we looking for

• Bachelors degree with 5 years of Information Security procurement experience or 10 years of relevant Information Security procurement experience.

• Fluent in English

• A passion for developing strong relationships with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders both domestically and internationally.

• Proven portfolio of high-impact deals strengthening strategic relationships with an assortment of Infosec Suppliers: Boutique Medium & Large scale

What will be your key responsibilities

• You will recommend and implement supply base strategy including assessing and developing suppliers.

• Benchmarking leading RFP activity and driving the qualification/implantation of new suppliers.

• You will also manage supplier governance including supplier performance auditing.

• Direct oversight of ($100m) in spend.
