Como Finance Partner você liderará as atividades de parceria financeira em nível gerencial para a Unidade Operacional (OU) da América Latina impulsionando o plano estratégico da organização apoiando a tomada de decisões por meio de insights financeiros relevantes e gerenciando os relatórios de performance corporativa.
Esta função proporcionará a você a oportunidade de liderar atividades estratégicas que contribuirão para o avanço da sua carreira incluindo:
- Liderar o processo anual de orçamento da OU incluindo a coordenação de todas as entregas dos mercados.
- Apoiar o desenvolvimento da estratégia geral da OU e impulsionar a execução do plano estratégico.
- Garantir entendimento e gestão completos do P&L (desempenho do negócio e gestão de riscos) incluindo gestão de fluxo de caixa assegurando o atingimento das metas financeiras anuais e a gestão de riscos e oportunidades.
- Liderar a Análise Estratégica Mensal do Portfólio da OU promovendo uma compreensão aprofundada dos mercados e análise do portfólio de marcas.
- Conduzir análises de rentabilidade iniciativas de aumento de margem e operacionalização do ROI de Marketing gerado pela área de Insights & Analytics (I&A).
- Gerenciar a equipe de Controles e Compliance da OU Latam assegurando uma estrutura robusta de governança.
- Interagir regularmente com as áreas corporativas de Finanças frequentemente representando a OU Latam perante essas equipes.
- Apoiar análises financeiras para projetos estratégicos corporativos e/ou da OU.
- Atuar como membro da equipe de liderança de Finanças da OU Latam.
- Ser responsável pela preparação das apresentações gerenciais da OU.
- Navegar e gerenciar interações em ambiente matricial multifuncional.
- Promover o desenvolvimento de pessoas e fortalecer a organização de Business Partnering Financeiro.
Buscamos profissionais com as seguintes competências e experiências:
- Graduação completa.
- Certificação profissional em Finanças (por exemplo: ACCA ACA CIMA CPA ou equivalente local).
- Experiência em liderança financeira em diferentes níveis na Haleon ou em organizações globais de porte similar.
- Capacidade comprovada de demonstrar atributos-chave de uma parceria financeira de sucesso incluindo:
- Conhecimento de negócio adquirido ao longo de mais de 15 anos de experiência relevante.
- Sólido conhecimento técnico em Finanças.
- Experiência na liderança de equipes.
- Capacidade comprovada de fornecer gestão financeira eficaz para organizações complexas utilizando expertise técnica e habilidades analíticas.
- Conhecimento de sistemas e processos financeiros.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you energized by a highly visible finance role that allows you to influence senior stakeholders and shape highly effective business partnerships If so the Finance Partner role could be an excellent opportunity to explore.
As a Finance Partner you will lead finance partnering activities at management level across the Latam Operating Unit (OU) driving the strategic business plan for the business unit supporting strategy and decision making with critical business insights and managing Corporate performance reporting.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career these responsibilities include some of the following
- Strategy & Performance Management for the Latam OU
- Responsible for leading the OU annual budgeting process including the coordination of all market deliverables
- Support development of overall strategy for the OU and drive strategic business plan
- Full P&L understanding and management (Business performance and risk management) including cash flow management ensuring annual achievement of financial targets including the management of risks & opportunities
- Lead the OUs monthly Strategic Portfolio Analysis driving detailed market understanding and brand portfolio analysis
- Drive analysis for profitability Margin Enhancement operationalize Marketing ROI generated by Insights and Analytics (I&A)
- Manage Latam OU control & compliance team to support a strong governance framework
- Regular interaction with Corporate Finance functions often representing the Latam OU with these teams
- Support financial analysis for Corporate and / or OU strategic projects
- Member of the Latam OU Finance leadership team
- Responsible for the preparation of above OU management presentations
- Cross function matrix navigation & management
- People Development Support development of a strong Finance Business Partnering organization

Basic Qualifications:
- We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelors degree - Professional finance qualification (e.g. ACCA ACA CIMA CPA or local equivalent)
- Financial leadership experience at various levels in Haleon or similar global organization
- Demonstrated ability to display key attributes of successful finance partnering including:
- Business knowledge obtained over 15 years of relevant work experience
- Technical finance knowledge
- Experience leading teams
- Demonstrated ability to provide effective financial management for a complex organization using technical expertise and analytical skills
- Understanding of financial systems and processes
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics it would be a plus:
- MBA (with heavy finance components) or equivalent experience
- Effective knowledge of all accounting standards including IFRS US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley
- Delivering on value opportunities while balancing risk and opportunities (Stewardship & Governance)
