Job Summary
About the Client:
Frontall is building out its government bidding department and is looking for a Documentation Assistant to turn prioritized opportunities into complete competitive proposals.
About the Role:
This role brings the level of structure and supporting evidencesuch as project organizational charts past-performance data and compliance matricesthat top-performing competitors already bring to the table and that Frontalls proposals currently lack.
Work Arrangement: On-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble complete proposals including project organizational charts compliance matrices staffing resumes and delivery timelines.
- Build and maintain an up-to-date table of Frontalls past government contracts and billed volume for reuse across proposals.
- Maintain and adapt a library of reusable proposal content always customized to the specific agency and avoiding generic boilerplate language that evaluators have flagged in past submissions.
- Manage the candidate recruitment and selection matrix used as a supporting attachment in specific bids.
- Work in a tight cycle with the Bidding Coordinator to turn a briefing into a finished submission-ready proposal within one to two business days for priority opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Excellent technical writing skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple concurrent proposals and deadlines.
- Strong ability to synthesize scattered information into clear structured documents.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience with RFPs government solicitations or other formal bid documentation.
- Familiarity with AI tools to support drafting and structuring proposals.
