Designer

Responsibilities:

- Develop layouts and art direction for campaign communication assets (emails SMS push notifications modals PDFs etc.).
- Transform concepts and scripts into visually appealing assets aligned with the brand book guidelines and standards.
- Partner with copywriters to develop creative ideas campaigns and visual narratives.
- Ensure visual consistency accessibility and adherence to brand guidelines and compliance standards.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative processes alongside strategy and data/insights teams.
- Roll out campaign assets and optimize materials based on performance data.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends digital aesthetics consumer behavior and UX/UI best practices.

Requirements:

• - Experience in graphic design text editing and communication.
  - Previous experience as a Designer or Art Director (experience in the financial or insurance sectors is a plus but not mandatory).
  - Proficiency in Adobe tools (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) Figma and social media platforms.
  - Ability to translate abstract concepts and technical topics into clear human-centric and engaging layouts.
  - Attention to detail a keen aesthetic sense and strategic visual thinking.
  - Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and prioritize deliverables.
  - Experience with motion design GIF creation and animated assets.
  - Knowledge of HTML to support email layout creation. - Proficiency in social media platforms
