Job Summary
Job Description:
The Change and Comms Manageris responsible fordriving the change management and communications strategy for Digital Experience products specifically focusing on driving MGS productivity user experience and self-service adoption. This role ensures high user adoption by managing change for both net-new project deployments and ongoing Business-As-Usual (BAU) product updates.The role requires a balance of program-level coordination and local implementationleveraginga regional network of Change Agents to drive consistent adoption across the business.
Context and Scope
Reporting to the Digital Experience Director the Change and Comms Manageroperateswithin a matrixed product environment to deliver the change and communications for theDigital Experience products. Product Managers and Owners willbe responsible fordriving the execution of change.
This role is essential in connecting the program and communications with MGS CA and other workstreams to strategically enable scale to the Segments and achieve the experience and self-serviceobjectivesofDigital Experience products. The associate must fluidly transition between structured program-level reporting (such asSteerCopreparation) and hands-on tactical change execution for day-to-day BAU support.
What will be your key responsibilities
1. Change Management & Adoption (Project & BAU)
Strategy & Execution:Build execute andmaintainthe Change Strategy and Communications Plan to support both newDigital Experience productfeature rollouts and continuous BAU updates.
Impact & Stakeholder Mapping:Complete stakeholder maps and impact assessments to inform and customize regional change plans and key messages.
Change Agent Network:Engage liaise with and coach regional Change Agent Network members (including Single Points of Contact and Key Users) to drive and support local adoption address resistance and gather feedback.
Training & Enablement:Partner with product teams to design training approaches use cases and self-service materials that enable users and reducesupporttickets.
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
PMO &SteerCoReporting:Provide change readiness metrics progress updates and risk management inputs to Program PMO leadership and Steering Committees (SteerCo).
Sponsor & Leadership Alignment:Partner with and coach Product Sponsors andManagersso they have the knowledge and ability to support teams and deliver key messages.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Connect the program change and communications with MGS Corporate Affairs (CA) P&O Finance and key external partners to manage program dependencies.
Job Specifications & Qualifications
Education & Professional Qualifications
Minimum:Undergraduate degree (Business Communications Human Resources or related fields).
Highly Preferred:ProsciCertified(ADKARmethodology).
Preferred:Experience working in a global program or PMO environment.
Knowledge & Experience
Change Management:Proven experience driving change and communications in a complex global corporate environment.
Project & BAU Management:Track record of supporting both large-scale deployments and continuous run-state (BAU) updates.
Stakeholder Management:Experience advising product managers and presenting progress/readiness updates to senior leadership or Steering Committees.
Digital Products:Experience managing change specifically for digital products or platformsto drive user adoption.
