Planejar e conduzir melhorias e atividades no ambiente de trabalho.
Recepcionar e hospitalidade programas de treinamento e conferências em articulação com os respectivos departamentos.
Executar diversas tarefas como a elaboração de comunicados memorandos relatórios atas documentos pedidos e dados estatísticos (incluindo gráficos e tabelas) a partir de instruções escritas digitadas ou verbais.
Organizar e manter arquivos registros e índices do escritório utilizando sistemas informatizados.
Coordenar a definição de horários locais e participantes para reuniões.
Analisar diversos formulários e registros quanto à precisão integridade e conformidade com as normas aplicáveis.
Redigir atas de reuniões. Realizar pedidos de materiais e controlar os estoques de suprimentos do escritório.
