Developing new business opportunities within key industrial sectors
Growing existing strategic customer accounts
Managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Identifying value-adding technical solutions for customers
Conducting regular customer visits across your territory
Negotiating pricing and commercial agreements
Working closely with technical supply chain and marketing teams
Managing sales pipeline and forecasting through CRM
Delivering against revenue volume and profitability targets

510 years B2B sales experience
Industrial lubricants petrochemical energy or related experience
Proven success in new business development
Strong account management capability
Experience selling into manufacturing mining transport or fleet customers
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
Strong commercial and financial understanding
Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel
