UX Designer

As part of the evolution of our business applications we are looking for a UX Designer capable of designing simple intuitive and accessible user experiences in close collaboration with the business product and development teams.

Missions:

• Analyze user and business needs.
• Designing user journeys wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user tests and formulate recommendations for improvement.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Design System and UX standards .
• Collaborating with Product Owners Business Analysts and development teams in an Agile environment.
• Incorporate the framework provided by management the enterprise architect or business analysts into the design.

Required skills:

• Proven experience in UX Design on web or business applications.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban).
• Excellent communication listening and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently but also as part of a team
• Ability to translate complex needs into simple user-centered solutions.
• Experience in creating personas user journeys user flows and prototypes.
• Experience in conducting user tests and writing feedback reports.
• Knowledge of the public sector and employment in particular is an asset.
