As a Solution Architect you combine deep technical expertise with a pragmatic customer-oriented mindset. You will design and guide the implementation of modern digital solutions for our customers while also helping them adopt more AI-native ways of working across the software delivery lifecycle.

This means looking beyond traditional architecture alone. You will help customers and delivery teams understand how cloud integration automation data and AI-enabled engineering practices can come together to build solutions that are scalable secure maintainable and ready for the future.

You will also play an active role in developing winning solution proposals strengthening our technical capabilities and contributing to reusable accelerators reference architectures and delivery practices for Digital Solutions.

This is a role for architects who enjoy combining customer engagement technical leadership business development and innovation.

Qualifications :

As a Solution Architect you will:

• Design end-to-end solution architectures that are scalable secure maintainable and aligned with our customers business objectives.
• Lead architecture workshops and collaborate closely with customers delivery teams and stakeholders to translate business challenges into sustainable technical solutions.
• Guide implementation teams throughout the delivery lifecycle and ensure architectural consistency from design to production.
• Define integration patterns technology choices and architectural roadmaps across cloud-native hybrid and enterprise environments.
• Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements including security performance resilience scalability and operational excellence.
• Help teams adopt modern and AI-native engineering practices including AI-assisted analysis development testing documentation quality assurance and delivery governance.
• Contribute to architecture reviews and continuous improvement through technical coaching knowledge sharing and pragmatic guidance.
• Identify where AI automation or agentic delivery patterns can create real value for customers while keeping a strong focus on security quality governance and maintainability.
• Beyond customer delivery you will play a key role in shaping new opportunities:
• Work closely with Sales Account Managers and Delivery Leads to design compelling technical solutions for strategic opportunities.
• Lead the technical dimension of presales activities including customer workshops solution shaping sizing exercises RFP responses and proposal development.
• Present and defend solution architectures to customers and executive stakeholders translating technical complexity into clear business value.
• Contribute to reusable reference architectures accelerators AI-native delivery practices and best practices that strengthen our market offering.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and help translate innovation including AI-native software engineering and agentic delivery approaches into practical solutions for our customers and our organisation.

Your profile

You are an experienced architect who enjoys working at the intersection of technology business and innovation.

You bring:

• Extensive experience designing complex enterprise or solution architectures.
• A strong understanding of cloud platforms modern application architectures integration patterns and software engineering practices.
• Experience balancing technical excellence with business needs and customer value.
• The ability to communicate confidently with both technical experts and business stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to coach teams facilitate workshops and build consensus across multiple stakeholders.
• A strong interest in how AI is changing software delivery architecture and engineering practices.
• The ability to translate AI-native concepts into pragmatic secure and valuable solutions for customers and delivery teams.
• Experience supporting presales activities solution proposals or large transformation initiatives is considered a strong asset.
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF ArchiMate or similar methodologies is appreciated but practical experience and architectural leadership matter most.
• Experience with AI-assisted delivery software engineering accelerators automation DevSecOps platform engineering or agentic SDLC approaches is a strong plus.
