Role Overview

We are looking for a Medior SharePoint Developer to design develop and maintain enterprise content management solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. The role focuses on SharePoint development process automation AI-powered solutions and integration with Microsoft platforms such as Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SharePoint and Microsoft-based business applications.
• Design and implement Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions.
• Build Canvas Apps and end-to-end automated business processes.
• Implement and integrate Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities into business applications.
• Develop test debug and maintain custom solutions independently.
• Support SharePoint migration and modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security governance and data management standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of SharePoint development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ECM concepts and technologies including Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• Experience with Enterprise Content Management platforms such as SharePoint Documentum AEM or Drupal.
• Hands-on experience building Canvas Apps.
• Experience implementing automated workflows and business process automation.
• Experience integrating AI Copilot solutions within Microsoft environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Native-level Dutch (CEFR C2).

• Experience with SharePoint migrations.
• Strong programming testing debugging and maintenance skills.
• Experience delivering solutions using Agile methodologies.
• Experience designing and developing applications on ECM platforms.
