We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Application Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned architect with expertise in ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) solution architecture and digital transformation within complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design the functional and technical architecture for ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) solutions.
• Develop scalable secure and maintainable application architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
• Define data models for assets buildings spaces contracts suppliers and fleet management.
• Design workflows and business processes for asset lifecycle and facility management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders project managers architects and development teams.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) best practices.
• Contribute to DevSecOps initiatives secure development and application governance.
• Oversee solution quality through code reviews integration testing documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Support modernization initiatives and migration towards modern application architectures.

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in application or solution architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Application Architect.

Required Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) IT Service Management
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Human Resources Service Delivery

Nice to Have

• Experience with ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) certification or implementation.
• Experience within the public sector.
• Knowledge of Facility Management and Asset Management solutions.

Languages

• Native or fluent Dutch or French
• Good knowledge of the second national language
• Professional proficiency in English
