Job Summary
As a UX Designer confirmed you design user-friendly interfaces and continuously improve the user experience of our applications and websites.
You pay special attention to maintaining and further developing the Design System.You ensure that components patterns and guidelines remain consistent accessible and up-to-date and support teams in using them correctly.
Specifically you participate in the needs analysisand ensure that you know the users and their environment in order to determine the application requirements as accurately as possible.
You determine and plan the research methodsand help recruit participants tocollectthe necessary information(interviews surveys focus groups user tests etc.).
You propose the most suitable solution and designlow and high fidelity interfaces following amobile-firstapproach.
You assist the analysts and developers with the design of the user interfaces and ensure that the developed application meets the requirements of the users and their environment.
You oversee compliance with accessibility guidelinesand UX/UI standards.
You have experience designing managing and maintaining Design Systems and actively contribute to their further evolution.
Throughout the projects you maintain regular and effective communicationwith the clients and the team.
You are bilingual(Dutch and French).
