Senior AI Architect

Mission:

• You are the Divisions technical expert for the definition design and evolution of artificial intelligence architectures. You play a strategic role in the organizations digital transformation.
• You work closely with various partners to transform operational needs into robust and sustainable technical solutions.
• You design reference architectures for artificial intelligence solutions ensuring their seamless integration into the existing IT ecosystem and compliance with requirements for security governance compliance performance and maintainability.
• You actively participate in the design implementation and evolution of the Divisions AI-Lab which will be the reference platform for the development experimentation and operation of artificial intelligence solutions.
• You define the technical architectures enabling the use of Machine Learning Deep Learning Large Language Models (LLM) Generative AI Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) AI Agents Computer Vision Speech AI as well as future emerging technologies.
• You bring your expertise in cloud hybrid and on-premise architectures data platforms MLOps pipelines API-oriented architectures event-driven architectures containerized environments and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
• You are responsible for ensuring best practices in AI Engineering MLOps DevSecOps and AI Governance. Specifically you oversee the integration of cybersecurity data protection traceability auditability model risk management and regulatory compliance requirements across all proposed architectures.
• You collaborate with project managers to assess the technical feasibility of new initiatives identify risks and ensure the consistency of the solutions developed with the organizations overall IT strategy.
• You will maintain continuous technological monitoring of developments in the artificial intelligence market and evaluate new technologies likely to bring real added value to the organization.

Desired profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the design and development of software solutions including at least 2 years of experience in artificial intelligence or machine learning solution architecture.
• A Masters degree or equivalent in computer science artificial intelligence software engineering or a related field or equivalent professional experience demonstrating a comparable level of expertise is required. Candidates with unconventional backgrounds (career changes self-taught individuals open-source developers) are welcome if you can demonstrate your impact.
• Demonstrated experience in the design industrialization and deployment of AI solutions in a production environment from needs analysis to operational use.
• Solid knowledge of modern AI technologies including Large Language Models (LLM) generative AI Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) AI Agents and the principles of AI Engineering and MLOps.
• Experience in defining cloud or hybrid architectures ideally within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem as well as in integrating AI solutions within complex IT environments.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment and to support technical teams in architectural choices and best practices.
