• The Technical Scrum Master leads two multidisciplinary development teams (developers and business analysts) in applying Agile/Scrum principles within a DevOps context.
• The role combines traditional Scrum Mastership with in-depth technical knowledge: the role not only ensures the smooth execution of the process but also actively monitors the quality of deliverables using measurable indicators (velocity quality gates technical debt and delivery time).
• This hybrid profile was intentionally chosen: Scrum Masters who focus solely on processes often fail to identify and eliminate technical roadblocks in a timely manner.
• A Scrum Master with a technical background bridges the gap between developers business analysts the Product Owner and the business thereby making a direct and measurable contribution to the reliability of IT program deliverables.

Requirements

• Masters or Bachelors degree in an ICT field or similar through experience
• At least 5 years of relevant experience including at least 3 years as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
• Demonstrable experience in simultaneously managing multiple teams
• Experience in a DevOps environment with CI/CD automated testing and cloud or hybrid infrastructure
• Experience in setting up and interpreting Agile metrics as well as in reporting them to management

Certifications (required or an asset)

• Requises : Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) ou Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Atout : PSM II SAFe Scrum Master/Advanced Scrum Master Kanban Management Professional
• Advantage: ITIL Foundation certification related to DevOps

Technical knowledge

• Good understanding of modern software development: version control (Git) branching strategies code review practices
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g. Azure DevOps GitLab CI Jenkins) and quality gate tools (e.g. SonarQube)
• Conceptual understanding of APIs microservices and containers (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Ease of use of Jira/Azure Boards including dashboard and query organization
• Basic knowledge in technical analysis data modeling and test automation
