Valid VCA for every worker
Current facade-scaffolding experience
Around 2 years independent experience preferred for scaffolders
For Crew Leaders additionally:
Communicative English
Category B driving licence
Ability to read technical drawings
Ability to independently organize the crew
Steigerbouwer
Hulpmonteur Steigerbouw / Helper Steigerbouwer
Scaffolder booklet/certificate
Or other reliable proof of qualifications
For assignments in the Netherlands a separate scaffolding route applies with strict documentation requirements:
Valid VCA
Valid GPI
Minimum Monteur Steigerbouw certificate
Certificate visible in the CDR register
Final A1 before starting work
