SAP Insurance Project Manager Fully Remote

We are looking for an experienced SAP Insurance Project Manager to lead strategic SAP implementation and transformation initiatives working across business stakeholders SAP partners architects and technical delivery teams.

Location: Fully Remote
Setup: Nearshore / Offshore
Start: September 2026
Duration: 4 months with potential for extension
Commitment: Full-time
Daily Rate: 790800/day
Experience: 4 years Project Management including 2 years leading SAP projects

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation projects
• Define project scope objectives deliverables budgets and timelines
• Establish project governance reporting and delivery structures
• Manage plans dependencies and multiple workstreams
• Coordinate business stakeholders across insurance functions
• Facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions
• Manage SAP implementation partners and external system integrators
• Oversee integration with SAP Insurance solutions and reporting platforms
• Manage project risks issues dependencies and vendor performance
• Control project budgets forecasts and financial performance
• Establish quality gates and acceptance criteria
• Oversee SIT UAT performance and cutover testing
• Coordinate training communication and business-readiness activities
• Support change management user adoption and benefits realisation

• 4 years of Project Management experience
• 2 years leading SAP projects
• Experience managing 1M project budgets
• Proven experience working with external system integrators
• Strong experience with SAP Insurance transformations
• Strong stakeholder negotiation and influencing skills
• Experience with executive-level communication and decision-making
