Project Leader

Arηs Group Part of Accenture is looking for a Project Leader for one of its clients a European agency operating large-scale digital services.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate software development maintenance and operational support activities.
• Define project scope objectives deliverables timelines and resource planning.
• Manage Agile teams and ensure successful delivery of project milestones.
• Monitor project progress risks budget and quality objectives.
• Coordinate stakeholders and facilitate communication across technical and business teams.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies security requirements and operational processes.
• Produce management reports and present project status to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Qualifications :

Your Profile

• Masters degree or equivalent through experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project or programme management.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in complex multicultural environments.
• Professional certifications such as PM² PRINCE2 PMP or equivalent are considered an asset.
