We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 10 years of experience to lead large-scale transformation initiatives in Brussels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project management stakeholder engagement governance and risk management within complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end program and project lifecycle ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans timelines and milestone tracking.
- Identify assess and mitigate project risks while managing issues proactively.
- Prepare executive-level reports dashboards and governance documentation.
- Facilitate governance meetings and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
- Manage third-party vendors and ensure delivery aligns with organizational standards.
- Drive change management activities to support successful project adoption.
- Monitor project performance budgets and resource allocation.
- Mentor project team members and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- 10 years of experience in Program and Project Management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project and JIRA.
- Strong knowledge of governance risk management and reporting.
- Experience working in regulated environments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards.
- Knowledge of Agile PMP PRINCE2 or similar project management methodologies.
- Experience working with global delivery teams.
- Fluent in English French and Dutch.
