Founded in 2018 Crystal Aero Solutions has established itself as an essential partner for airlines and third-party operators thanks to its expertise in line maintenance base maintenance engine replacement and technical support. Driven by a commitment to redefine industry standards the company delivers relevant agile and exacting solutions to ensure fleet availability and performance.

We are looking for aPlanner to join our team as part of the development of our operations at our Brussels branch.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Schedule and plan all aircraft maintenance activities in accordance with EASA regulations and manufacturer recommendations.
• Coordinate with flight operations to minimize flight schedule disruptions caused by maintenance activities.
• Monitor the progress of maintenance work and ensure it is carried out according to the plan.
• Estimate the time and resources required for aircraft maintenance tasks.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all maintenance activities and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure the availability of spare parts and tools required for maintenance.
• Coordinate with various departments such as engineering quality control and safety to ensure all maintenance activities comply with regulations.
• Communicate effectively with maintenance teams and management regarding planned maintenance and any schedule changes.
• Oversee the review of maintenance documentation (Workpackage TechLogs) before submitting them to clients.

REQUIRED PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• Minimum education: Associates degree (BTS ATI BTS Aeronautics or equivalent).
• Proven experience in planning or engineering within a Part-145 or Part-CAMO organization.
• Knowledge of applicable EASA maintenance regulations.
• Proficiency in aeronautical maintenance management software (e.g. AMASIS TRAX OASES Aerotrack etc.).
• Proficiency in Airbus World (AirNav X) and Boeing Toolbox.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of aeronautical technical documentation.
• Organized rigorous and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Autonomous and proactive.
• Knowledge of AMOS is a plus.
• Fluent technical English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
