OCM Role

Create change management strategy and plan that maximize employee adoption

Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
Accountable for Change Impact Analysis training & communication plan as well as establishing a feedback mechanism
Work and coordinate with stakeholders in the organization to succeed

Requirements

Develop Communications Plan a Content to drive awareness and readiness for Go-live
Work collaboratively with project lead and team to integrate change management into project plans support project steering committees
