Role andResponsibilities:

• Reporting to the Project Manager.

• ManageandcoordinateMSLs HVACand electrical scope of work within our MEP & HVAC project delivery for specific life science capital projectfrom design phase through installation to final handoverensuring compliance with URS specifications and client standards.

• Oversee on-site M&E installations workingclosely with construction teams subcontractors design consultants and utility providers to ensure all M&E systems are delivered on programme and tohigh qualitystandards.

• Adherence to and promotion of company safety and quality policies.

• Ensure HSE compliance including RAMS and safe systems of work.

• Manage subcontractors if applicable

• Review design documentation andidentifyclashes across disciplines using BIM tools (Navisworks/Revit).

• Act as the interface between mechanical electrical BMS and process vendors.

• Assistwithtechnical submittals including AHUs chillers MCCs panels and controls.

• Lead coordination meetings and track RFIs technical queries and design changes.

• Support procurement via technical evaluations and vendor coordination.

• Ensure installation meetsprogramme quality and cleanroom requirements.

• Coordinate critical cleanroom systems including HEPA filtration pressure cascades and environmental control.

• Implement QA/QC procedures (ITPs inspections and certification reviews).

• Support commissioning and validation (FAT SAT IQ OQ).

• Manage as-built drawings O&M manuals and handover dossiers.

• Monitor progressidentifyrisks and implement mitigationmeasures.

• RepresentMSLat client and consultant meetings

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Electrical or Building Services Engineeringan advantage.
• 4 years experience in M&E coordination
• Strong understanding ofindustrialM&E systems.
• Proven experience managing service installations from coordination through to commissioning.
• Experience working on mechanical construction projects in relevant industry sectors essential (Pharmaceutical Biotech Semi-conductor DataCentreor Oil and Gas)
• Proficient in the use of Navis Works or equivalent packages
• Strong communicator written and verbal
• Diligent hasa high levelof attention to detail and sets a high standard of quality for themselvesandothers
• Personable and a team player
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
• Hard working and able to work in fast paced work environment.
