MDM Business Analyst & Program PMO Support Contractor
Job Summary
contractor to support the ongoing MDM implementation program.
The contractor will work closely with the DT Lead Commercial Analytics and
cross-functional teams across Digital Technology Data Office Enterprise Architecture
and Patient Impact teams.
This role focuses on quality assurance business analysis documentation and
coordination activities to ensure successful execution of the a Phase 1 program
execution and the preparation for Phase 2 use cases.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise with MDM platforms (e.g. Reltio) data
governance processes and enterprise data integration patterns.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance of MDM Implementation (Phase 1)
standpoint.
Ensure alignment of design configuration data models integrations and
documentation to UCB standards.
Perform QA on functional and technical design documents mapping
specifications data models match/merge rules and data quality rules.
Business Analysis & Phase 2 Use-Case Preparation
Collect consolidate and structure business and technical requirements from
Phase 2 use-case owners.
governance and integration teams.
Support backlog preparation and refinement for future implementation waves.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Architecture Data office ... teams
Drive alignment on dependencies integration patterns timelines and
documentation expectations.
Onboarding Documentation
cases.
Summarize architectural decisions functional rules historical issues and
cross-team responsibilities.
Required Skills & Experience
Enterprise Data Integration.
Hands-on experience with MDM platforms (Reltio preferred but other Enterprise
MDM solutions accepted).
Understanding of: Data models Match & merge rules Data quality frameworks
Metadata management (ideally in Collibra) API-based and batch integrations
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
Ability to produce clear and structured documentation (flows mappings
requirements).
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and quality.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with CIAM solutions and identity-driven data flows.
Pharma or life-sciences background.
Understanding of our DT and data ecosystem (advantageous but not
required).
Required Skills:
Responsible for overseeing the strategy governance and quality of all master data (Vendors Customers Materials) ensuring its accuracy consistency and alignment with business processes across the organization. Requirements: 10 years of experience in global data depth knowledge in Master Data Governance and Strategy Expertise in Data Quality Management knowledge in Data Integration and Architecture Change Management and Data Migration
