As part of Axons Product & Engineering team youll:

• Collaborate with customers users and colleagues on technology challenges.

• Translate problems into product ideas features and software solutions.

• Help build and improve Axon through product innovation software development and AI-powered capabilities.

• Work in one of our small sub-teams of Product Owners and Software Engineers to bring ideas from concept to reality.

• Take ownership learn fast and contribute to a product used by global industry leaders.

Were looking for people with strong analytical capabilities curiosity and the ambition to continuously learn and grow.

• You hold a masters degree in Computer Science Civil Engineering Software Engineering Mathematics Business Engineering or a similar field.

• You have a strong analytical and abstract reasoning mindset and enjoy mathematics complex systems and intellectual challenges.

• You have a strong interest in software development and are curious about how AI is reshaping how SaaS products are built.

• You enjoy understanding how technical choices connect to real business impact.

• You are fluent in Dutch & English.
