IT Support Intern

During this internship learning is central. You will have the opportunity to watch experienced IT Support Analysts and independently perform supporting tasks. Your work will include:

• Participate in the Service Desk and get acquainted with the daily IT support
• Handle second-line tickets and support users
• Provide support for walk-ins and meeting room issues
• Attend Tech Hub sessions and learn from senior analysts
• Preparing laptops and mobile devices for use
• Shadowing during floor walks and observing how escalations are handled
• Participate in daily IT stand-ups and document key insights

Qualifications :

Who are we looking for

• You are following a bachelor course in the direction of IT ICT or similar
• You have a good command of English
• You are eager to learn proactive and have good communication skills
• You have an affinity with technology and user support

The internship must last at least 6 months is unpaid and is part of your academic curriculum.
