Job Summary

IT Project Manager Digital Transformation Project

A public sector organisation is looking for three experienced IT Project Managers to join a multidisciplinary transformation team working on a strategic digitalisation programme focused on modernising judicial and police processes through the implementation of a fully digital ePV (electronic procès-verbal) ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and manage project plans milestones and delivery timelines
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners throughout the project lifecycle
  • Implement project management processes governance and collaboration tools
  • Monitor project progress risks and deliverables to ensure objectives are achieved
  • Facilitate workshops team meetings and stakeholder communication
  • Ensure quality standards and alignment with business requirements
  • Support change management and promote collaboration across departments
  • Contribute to the digital transformation roadmap and operational improvements
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience in IT Project Management within the public sector
  • Expertise in project planning stakeholder management and people management
  • Good understanding of IT projects digital transformation and change management
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Product Owner experience is an asset
  • Ability to analyse business processes and coordinate complex initiatives
  • Project management certifications (Agile Prince2 PMP etc.) are highly valued

Additional Information

  • Full-time mission (40h/week)
  • Hybrid working model with minimum 2 days onsite per week
