Do you combine deep hardware engineering expertise with fluency in Turkish Were looking for a Hardware Engineer who can bridge technical delivery with Turkish-speaking clients partners and markets.

About the role

Youll support clients on hardware engineering projects from design and prototyping to testing and production support while acting as the technical bridge for Turkish-speaking stakeholders and markets. This is a flexible freelance engagement: you manage your own schedule work remotely most of the time and travel to meet clients and partners where the work happens.

What youll do

• Design develop and test hardware solutions in line with client and project requirements

• Support prototyping validation and production readiness activities

• Represent projects in meetings across Europe with occasional international trips

• Liaise with Turkish-speaking clients partners and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

• Deliver technical documentation reports and recommendations that clients can act on

What were looking for

• Native or fluent Turkish plus professional English

• Proven hardware engineering experience (design prototyping testing or production support)

• Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field

• Currently based in one of the following countries: Austria Belgium Bosnia and Herzegovina Bulgaria Croatia Cyprus Czech Republic Denmark Estonia Finland Georgia Greece Latvia Liechtenstein Lithuania Luxembourg Malta Moldova Monaco Montenegro North Macedonia Norway Poland Portugal Serbia Slovakia Slovenia Sweden Switzerland Turkey (Schengen visa holders only) or the UK (Scotland only)

• Right to work as a freelancer in your country of residence

• Willing and able to travel regularly within Europe occasionally beyond

• Self-directed: comfortable owning projects end-to-end
